With his background as a laboratory technician with a number of R&D departments and later responsible for the glass store of Cheminova A/S, Kapil Kumar Saini has acquired considerable practical insight into the company's product development and production. He was born and grew up in India, where he trained as a pharmacist and worked as a pharmaceutical consultant within veterinary medicine and farming. He came to Denmark in 1989 as a trainee agriculturalist and has been within Cheminova since 2000.
