Jens Thorsen

Global Portfolio Management

Vice President and globally chief responsible for marketing (Global Portfolio Management) since January 1, 2011.

In 2008-2010, Jens was posted as a General Manager and member of the Executive Board of the international Stähler group in Germany in connection with Cheminova’s acquisition of Stähler.

Following his return to Denmark, Jens was appointed Global Portfolio Manager for herbicides.

He joined Cheminova in 1999 as a Marketing Trainee, going on to become Regional Sales Manager and then Portfolio Manager of insecticides before being appointed Marketing Manager in 2006.

MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Aalborg University and BSc from Southern Denmark Business School in Kolding.
