In 1997-2002, Morten was posted to Cheminova India as a member of the Executive Board.

He joined Cheminova in 1989 as an electrical engineer with the plant department, later responsible for sales of intermediates and contract production.

BSc in Electrical Engineering from Engineering College of Aarhus.
