How do we communicate with investors and analysts?
Auriga releases information here on the Auriga website and via company announcements and shareholder letters which are issued via NASDAQ OMX, Copenhagen. Immediately after release, the information will be published here on the website.
You can sign up for Aurigas Email Service in order to receive emails providing notice of publication of news.
Auriga's printed annual report and Cheminova's printed CSR report (publications) are automatically forwarded to the shareholders, who have ordered the publications (signed up for subscription).
Order delivery of the reports in the InvestorPortal (shareholders) or via Request information.
Auriga's shareholder letters are automatically forwarded to the shareholders, who have not signed off the subscription.
Financial statements (annual report and interim reports)
Financial statements are released as company announcements four times a year.
In connection with disclosure of annual report and interim report for the 1st half (Q2), Auriga hosts an analysts meeting to present the financial statements. The analysts meetings are webcast live (sound and picture) including teleconference.
After release of the interim reports for Q1 and Q3, the financial statements are presented via audiocast (sound) including teleconference.
These meetings are viewable online here on the Auriga website under Webcast & Teleconference, where it is also possible to register for teleconference and to ask questions regarding the presentation. Webcasts and audiocasts are stored for three years in the webcast archive here on the Auriga website.
Investor presentations in conjunction with financial statements and investor meetings may also be found here on the Auriga website under Presentations.
Communication also takes place via one-on-one contact with individual investors, analysts and other stakeholders, capital market days organized by Auriga, investor meetings and seminars for investors in Denmark and abroad, besides other forums at which Auriga is invited to speak.
Electronic communication - register your email!
In future, we will send the notices to convene our Annual General Meeting by email. It is important that shareholders register an email address in the InvestorPortal, if they would like to continue to receive notices for future general Meetings. However, it is still possible to request the notice forwarded by ordinary mail letter via the InvestorPortal.
In the InvestorPortal shareholders can also subscribe to Auriga's annual report, Cheminovas CSR report and shareholder letters to be delivered by email or by ordinary mail.
